Oh! I said I was going to post an update on the new rooms…

Carpets were fitted in two of the bedrooms today. The third bedroom and corridors will have to wait until Thursday because the tiling in the third bathroom wasn’t finished. The new beds are all metal framed ones and I spent this evening putting one of them together. Solid and well made, but a lot of assembly required! The new handrail is being fitted to the stair and is a huge improvement although if you know what it used to be like that really wouldn’t be difficult!
Tomorrow we get the curtains fitted and the tvs attached to their wall brackets. The two bathrooms that are ready will be finished off too. It’s all coming together though there’s not much room for manoeuvre if anything goes wrong.

Not that it will of course! <positive thinking>
